Strategy Ladders is led by Brian, our founder and CEO, who has spent years building the revenue systems behind our results and the strategies that made our most successful clients. Agustin, our head of growth, turns strategy into campaigns, leading the team that will get you there.
Strategy Ladders was built by people who have actually installed revenue systems and lived with the results. We do not hand you a strategy deck and disappear. We build the engine, run it, and stand behind the numbers.
The face of Strategy Ladders
Brian has spent 15 years working alongside founders and more than 200 agencies. The pattern he sees most: good businesses don't stall for lack of effort. They stall because everything still runs through the founder.
He knows that problem from the inside. After earning an MS in Finance and starting his career in investment banking and commercial real estate, Brian built his own companies: a commercial real estate firm, a property management company, an agency, and a coffee shop chain. He founded Strategy Ladders to help B2B service owners do what he had to learn the hard way, build a company that grows, runs, and sells without them.
His work is roughly 80% consulting and 20% coaching, because the hardest scaling problems usually sit between the founder's ears. More than 50 of his clients have doubled in size in under 12 months. One went from 2.5 million dollars to 8 million dollars in a single year. He also led the team that built a cold email program responsible for more than 17 million dollars in attributed revenue, and he has served as an advisor to multiple companies.
Before any of that, Brian was a wilderness EMT and guide, leading trips across the western US, where the job was making good calls with limited resources and no backup coming. It still is. Today he's based in Mexico City. When he's not with clients, he's with his daughter and his dog, or chasing his next adventure, usually somewhere between the desert and the ocean.
Head of Growth
Agustin leads growth at Strategy Ladders and is an expert in branding and growth strategy. He shapes how the company shows up and how every campaign is positioned, so the right message reaches the right buyer with a brand that earns trust.
He brings a background most agencies do not have: six years in banking and finance, where forecasting and understanding how businesses actually make money are the job, plus experience across international markets. That mix is how Strategy Ladders turns strategy into measurable outcomes, tracked to real revenue.
The good boy
Every great team needs someone to keep it grounded. Shark is our company dog and our Chief Napping Officer, the only member of Strategy Ladders with a perfect record of never missing a nap.
He runs point on morale, keeps the office calm during launch weeks, and reminds everyone that the best strategy sometimes starts with a walk and a long stretch in the sun. When Brian is deep in client calls, Shark is usually nearby, supervising. He has never closed a deal, but he has never lost a client either.
Brian and Agustin lead every account, backed by a hand picked team of specialists who execute at a high level across each channel we run. You get senior operators and the depth of a full team, without the overhead of hiring one.
Technical and content specialists who build rankings that compound over time.
Ads specialists who turn budget into qualified pipeline, optimized every week.
Deliverability and copy experts who make outbound and nurture actually convert.
A designer who keeps every asset, ad, and page sharp, on brand, and built to convert.
Most agencies sell you a tactic and hope. We install infrastructure and own the outcome. That difference is the whole reason Strategy Ladders exists.
Real programs, real revenue, real founders on camera. We only recommend what we have already made work in the field.
We tie our work to your outcomes. We build systems we believe in and stand behind the results, not just the activity, so our incentives match yours.
No account manager relay, no gatekeepers. You talk to the people building and running your systems.
A 30 minute call is all it takes to map your gaps and decide which system to install first. You will talk directly with the people who will build it.
